SIRTEQ Annual meeting

The annual meeting of SIRTEQ will take place at Institut d'Optique Graduate School in Palaiseau, France on the 09th of November 2018.
 
The annual meeting will provide the occassion for all the partners of the project to meet together with the scientific committee. The scientific program will combine short talks and poster presentation. The meeting is organized by SIRTEQ.
 
The event will cover the 6 axes of SIRTEQ : Quantum Sensing/Metrology, Quantum Simulation, Quantum Communication, Quantum Computation, Enabling science and technologies as well as the transversal axe Animation. To cover these topics, the program of the meeting will offer talks and poster sessions joint with discussion.         
 

Aim

The aim of this meeting is to present the advancement of the project since its beginning and to present the upcoming calls calender and events as well as to get the feedback on the further scientific objectives. Moreover, this meeting will also be a good opportunity to exchange knowledge between the different axes of the project and help participants build collaborations.

NB The number of attendance is limited to 150 people. The deadline for inscription and abstract submission is the 02 of November 2018.  You will receive un e-mail to confirm your inscription, after this deadline. 

3. Submit an abstract for a poster related to one of the 5 themes. You will be informed by e-mail once your abstract is accepted.

Fees

Registration is free of charge but the number of participation is limited ( 150 participants). Expenses for transport and accommodation (if needed) should be covered by the attendees.

Topics


The event will cover the 5 themes of the project :Quantum Sensing/Metrology, Quantum Simulation, Quantum Communication, Quantum Computation, Enabling science and technologies The program of the meeting will offer talks from these 5 mains topics, and also about Valorsation, communication and training. In addition, 2 long poster sessions will be organized to encourage discussions between participants.
